Synopsis

Housekeeping or 5S is methodology using 5 elements to improve working conditions in a workplace or organization. The Japanese words Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu and Shitsuke are used to identify the methodology of Systematic Cleaning-up (Seiri), Sorting, Scrubbing Clean, Standardisation and Self-Discipline respectively. This course is specifically tailored for all staff intending to keep their work areas clean, safe and reduce operation time thus reducing waste.
